We attended high school together. We both had similar interests in humanities courses, attended prom in brown & green dresses (labelled ourselves as a tree), and celebrated our after prom together camping. And despite heading in different directions and not seeing each other since our high school days, Lindsey has maintained her incredible spirit and is still the kind, generous person that I could never forget.
It’s no wonder Matt fell for her.
Matt & Lindsey’s wedding was a true reflection of who they are. Their fall wedding was held in King City at Lindsey’s aunt’s Maple Syrup farm. The property was a jaw dropper; fall colors everywhere with an adorable log cabin home in and amoungst the trees. A tent in which they said their “I Do’s” rested out front of the cabin, and was decorated with DIY touches.
Matt & Lindsey both maintained an incredible spirit despite the weather. The excitement of their day didn’t allow them to be disappointed by the rain. Instead, the two braved the chilly fall temperatures so that they could have the photos they dreamed of. As they exchanged their vows and looked into each others eyes; I got goose bumps. These two truly love one another, and are so well suited for each other. It is so evident that these two are meant to be together.
I could not be more excited for all of the exciting adventures that lay ahead of you both! Thank you for including me in your special day; I adore you both.
