We headed back to where their relationship began for their session; the gorgeous University of Guelph campus. They are cutest duo ever. EVER. Mike & Carly are the dream team and have the best energy between them. Okay, I’m done bragging about how adorable and wonderful they are. I’ll let these images speak for themselves …

Having fun fun funnnnn! What a blast this wedding crew was. Full of laughter, inside jokes, and a ton of teasing. This crew is a tight knit bunch mixed with family and friends and were so much fun to have behind my lens. In all my years though, I’ve never met a couple closer with their parents then Neil and Ali. From the beginning, they expressed how their family photos were an incredibly important part of their day. Their day was as much as celebration for their families as it was for them, and it was beautiful how they set time aside to Skype with out of town grandparents who were unable to make the journey to celebrate with them. From the perfect weather, to the beautiful pale pink decor, to the best catered meal I had all season, Neil and Ali had an amazing wedding day. Wishing you both many years of happiness!

The sweetest couple; literally. This anniversary session was perfect.
I had such a wonderful time documenting Andrew & Christina’s first wedding anniversary at Sunnidale Park last summer. They are an incredibly relaxed couple who lit up behind the lens.
What do you do when it’s pouring rain on one of the most important days of your life? You smile and take it in stride. Melanie and Caleb did that and more. There wasn’t a single worry in her beautiful blue eyes when I ran with my gear tucked from the rain into Caleb’s family home. Rain or shine, their day was finally here and she couldn’t wait to see Caleb.
This wedding was easily the most emotional wedding for myself that I had the honor to photograph in 2016. Caleb and his family tragically lost his brother months before the wedding, which made many moments of the wedding extremely emotional. They did an incredible job incorporating him into their day, and his spirit was evident. I have no doubt in believing that Caleb’s brother was the reason why the rain stopped at the most perfect moment right after their reveal (giving us the ability to shoot where ever we wanted), but he also granted us with the best sunset of the season (photos at the end of post)!
These two are both volunteer fire fighters, and the Chief of the Adjala-Tosorontio station graciously hosted this wedding on his private property in Alliston. My heart truly sings each time I get to photograph a tented wedding in the country. Kicking off my sandals and shooting bare foot, while bouncing through open fields is truly when I’m in my element. So with that being said, this location was everything I could dream of and more.
Their reveal brought me to tears. Caleb couldn’t hold back his tears as he saw Melanie. The way he held onto her was enough to make anyone choke up.
A few photos of them and their bridal party inside and the barn, and the rain STOPPED. COMPLETELY! If you had seen the way the rain had poured all morning, and how dark the skies were, you would never have imagined that it would clear.
This property also was home of a perfect willow tree. I felt like someone should pinch me in this moment ^^
Just as the ceremony was set to begin, it began to rain again. The weather continued to fool us all for about ten mins, and for a teeny bit we were all uncertain as to what was going to happen. Sure enough, once again it cleared, and this amazing community of family and friends dried off all the chairs so that the ceremony could begin. They also had a little fun while drying them off (see below), LOL!
