  • Thanks for making your way on over here to my blog!

I am a photographer, wife, mom to the sweetest little boy & dog mama to two perfect rescue dogs who have changed my life! I am someone who will always eat my vegetables first, I could get lost shopping in Homesense for hours, and my sunroof is always open. I like Tim Hortons over Starbucks, poutine over burgers, and Italian food is always my first choice. I am passionate about my clients & their love and documenting them in a sincere way. I wake up humbled and grateful each day that I get to call this my job.

The Wisniewski’s | Family Photo Session

I love this family; a whole lot. It’s hard to believe that it has been a whole year since little “bug” as I like to call her was born. Izabella turned one and we celebrated with our final photo session, of their “one year” package.  Some fun on the farm, and then home to warm up with a bit of a cake smash.

Derrick & Amber’s Wedding | Holland Landing, ON

Derrick & Amber are two very wonderful people. People who you meet and automatically feel comfortable around.

I first met with the two over coffee last winter. We spent a ton of time talking about their wedding details; and their Tim Burton theme. It immediately became a wedding that I was very much looking forward to documenting as they had planned a bunch of perfect decor. You may recall viewing their engagement photo’s from the marina, but if you did not see them you can view them here.

I spent some time in the morning with Amber & her bridesmaids documenting her morning. Derrick’s parents allowed us to use their home and it was a stunning backdrop for photograph’s. Amber is just a to-die-for bride as she photograph’s so well (not only is she just lovely on the outside, but shes quite lovely on the inside too)!

As the day continued, the rain continued (as per all of my October weddings so it seems)! I could not believe our luck when it cleared for about an hour (and at the perfect timing as well). We were able to capture most of their images outside on the beautiful grounds of the Silver Lakes Golf Course. The staff at the venue were so wonderful & drove us around on golf carts so that we could access all the nooks and cranny’s that the grounds had to offer for images.

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to work with you both!

Cheers, xo!

Karl & Jenn’s Wedding | Caledon, ON

Karl & Jenn are so awesome … no … seriously, they are just so super duper wonderful that I can’t even put it into words. The two by far take the award for most hilarious & entertaining of my 2012 couples. The journey of capturing their wedding day was nothing short of delightful. Karl & Jenn met for the first time at the church that they became husband & wife in; just four years later.

I spent the morning with the girls at Jenn’s family home. There was a whole lot of laughter, some tears, and even more dancing. Karl’s sister’s (and a bridesmaid) newborn son Charlie even shared his very first giggle that morning (see photo’s below)! The connection between Karl & Jenn during their ceremony was undeniable. That small church sure was filled with a whole lot of love, smiles & tears.

The rain sputtered intermittently throughout the day, and gave us only a few short breaks to take photo’s. Honest to goodness, I’ve never met any bride as brave as Jenn was; right deep in the mud with no tears shed, because she was determined to have photo’s outdoors. With some time left we ran indoors to enjoy the warmth & use HockleyValley’s beautiful indoor wine cellar. The love & laughter continued into Karl & Jenn’s reception.

Great big hugs & thank you’s are sent to you both for allowing me to hop along and join you on your beautiful wedding day.  I could not be happier for you both & cannot wait to hear about all the wonderful things that lay ahead of you two! Congratulations again!

Cheers, xo!

You. Are. Amazing. 🙂

Amanda & Baby “N”

I had a quick visit with my dear friend last week, catching up & taking a few last photos of her nearly fully grown, gorgeous belly. I cannot believe that it is just a matter of a few short weeks away until we get to meet Mr. “N”. I could not be more happy for Amanda & Brian as they are about to enter a very exciting new journey in their lives. Amanda is going to be nothing short of an incredible mother, and I cannot wait to watch the special bond that will grow between her & her new little man.  He is sure to be a blessing to many; including myself!

Cheers, xo!
